Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and market research.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential clients in the IT software space.
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive sales of IT software solutions like HRMS, Accounting, GST billing, Hospital Management ERP, Payroll, and other custom software solutions.
- Meet sales targets and KPIs set for the region.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest the best-fit solutions.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up on leads, negotiations, and ensure a seamless onboarding process for clients.
- Provide post-sales support and liaise between the client and the technical team.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities within the region.
Reporting & Coordination:
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management.
- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales efforts with product development and promotional activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- For Sales Executive:
- 1-3 years of experience in IT software sales or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree, IT, or related fields.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and manage client relationships effectively.
